All products sold on lactomagic.com are non-returnable. Once delivered, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. This is due to:

Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective item

You received the wrong item

The item is missing from the package

To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at hello@lactomagic.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear and complete unboxing video (from sealed package to issue detection)

Your order number and contact details

We will assess the evidence and notify you of the refund status.

Refund Timelines

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please email us at hello@lactomagic.com for support.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

No valid unboxing video or evidence shared within 48 hours

The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

You changed your mind after purchase

Items purchased during discounts or special sales

Delivery delays due to courier issues or natural events

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Damaged or Missing Items
